About the artist

LK James

Northern California

LK James is a printmaker and illustrator based in Northern California. While earning her MFA at the Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland OR, she led risograph workshops at Outlet PDX and comics workshops at the Independent Publishing Resource Center. She also wrote and illustrated the acclaimed picturebook The Full House and The Empty House (Ripple Grove Press, 2019).
